Not worth itThis dryer feels light in hand but has not enough heat. It takes longer time to dry my hair.If you have long, thick hair like me, this dryer is not a good choice.
really like itI've had this dryer about 6 months now, and use it daily. I think it works great! Heats up quickly, is quiet, and my hair looks shiny and smooth when done.
too hot for meI have fine and a little frizzy hair. The air this dryer blows out is too hot that makes my hair feel dried and there's no way to cool it down. It's quiet and lightweight though, but just not for me.
broke down after 3 years!!I bought this dryer 3 years ago and it works well all the time. then the next day it quit working without any signal. I switch the on/off button but it won't turn on. the warranty has expired and I don't know what to do...
not the bestI expected a really good hair dryer since the CHI flat iron I am using is absolutely best ever, but this hair dryer disappoints me. Not better than my other dryers.
No heat!!!This dryer is not worth the price! I got my first one and six months later it stoped blowing hot air, so I got a replacement... and then just over a year later the same thing happend. Of curse they refused to replace it because the one year warranty had expired! I won't buy a chi dryer even if it was on sale!!!
no heatHaven't had my CHI blow dryer for even a year, it was super pricey and the heat has already gone out on it. No receipt and I don't have the box. I enjoyed it while it lasted, but for the cost, this dryer didn't last long. Note to chi buyers, keep receipts no matter how long you have the product.
c hi hair dryermy chi dryer is dead... only blows cold air. I loved it while it worked but I think this company is producing an inferior product. Oh, this is my second chi. The other one died on me completely. This was my replacement and it lasted about one year. They want a receipt - dont have it - and I know they wont take it back and replace with another one.
expensive and heater died on mei loved this hair dryer but the heater portion died. It still blows but only cold air. There is no where to return to the manufactuerer for the defect and it is pretty expensive product.
