Mini CHI Travel Set

In order to get both my hair dryer (went pop and stopped working) and flat iron (can't turn it off as it stays off) repaired I called the company for a Return Authorization Number. The rep wouldn't give me one as she claimed I bought a knock-off because the store where I bought mine wasn't a salon. However when I inquired, I was told it was authorized to sell CHI. I got no satisfaction from Farouk and now am left with useless products to show for the $$$ I spent. Oh, FYI one also has to pay Fed. Express or Registered mail plus send $15 for return post if they accept a return! I believe this company does not want to fix its product and tries to discourage returns. I'm so disappointed!

The hair dryer is powerful, it does save time. and the mini flat iron could make nice straight hair, I like the result, although I dont use it often.
