Hi there,
I have recently bought a CHI hair straightner which i ABSOLUTLY LOVE!! All of the CHI products are fantastic (the only product i now purchase)!
One problem though i purchased this straightner in october and it has stopped working for me :( I have currently moved so once i went to go look for the reciept for warranty purposes i coud not find it. I have frantically looked because i cannot afford to purchase another one :( I am so sad with this situation because your straighter is the only straightner that tames my hair..
PLEASE help me out!

I purchased a Chi turbo round ceramic brush (small $11.95) and it broke 4 months later. The Ulta store I purchased it from said too bad, come in and buy a new one. I had the receipt and on the back of the receipt it said after 60 days, they would give store credit but they will not stand by that. It seems they would rather lose a good customer (actually 3-myself, my daughter and my grand daughter), than give store credit for a product that breaks that they sell. That is ok, there are other stores. So I thought I would at least contact Chi to let you know of the broken product after very little use. I have Dollar Store brushes that have lasted years so needless to say, I was quite disappointed & at this point feel I wasted my money!
Let me know if you will reimburse me for the product, please. I will not use the Ulta store again.
